On Sept. 24 officers were dispatched to Paul Lindsey Park, formerly known as Southeast Park, on a simple assault. The investigation is ongoing.
Also on Sept. 24, officers were dispatched to Walmart on a theft. A female was arrested and transported to Randall County Jail.
On Sept. 26 a theft of license plates was reported at 50 Southridge.
On Sept. 27 officers served a search warrant in the 7800 block of McCormick. Officers seized marijuana, THC wax, and a small amount of cash.
On Sept. 28 a theft of cash was reported at the Pak-A-Sak located at 2800 4th avenue.
Also on Sept. 28 officers made a traffic stop in the 100 block of 23rd Street. The driver was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
On Sept. 29 a theft was reported at Canyon High School. The victim reported that a tractor seat was stolen from the bed of his pickup.
Officers made a traffic stop Sept. 29 in the 1600 block of US 60. The driver was arrested for DWI.
Also on Sept. 29, officers made a traffic stop in the 1400 block of US 60. The driver was arrested for DWI.
On Sept. 30 officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of 9th Avenue on an assault. A male was arrested for felony assault and felony DWI.
Officers were dispatched Sept. 30 to Walmart on a theft. A female was arrested for a theft warrant and she was issued a citation for theft under $100.
Also on Sept. 30 officers made a traffic stop at US 60 and Brown road in reference to a theft of a vehicle. The theft was found to be a civil issue. The driver was issued a citation for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
There were four reportable crashes this week. The crashes were due to speed, unsafe backing, following too closely and impaired view due to the sun.
